By adding many technological medical devices to its inventory, the number and variety of advanced laparoscopic surgical interventions is increasing day by day. . Today, the treatment of gastric and colorectal cancers, which are accepted all over the world, with laparoscopic technique is successfully applied. Thanks to this technical procedure, it is possible for our patients to complete their healing processes in a short time with less pain. In addition, intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) can be applied if necessary in diffuse intra-abdominal cancers that can be performed in a very limited number of centers. Currently, gastroscopy and colonoscopy procedures are carried out on all days of the week in the surgical endoscopy unit. Particularly in the field of surgical oncology, 65% of the surgeries, which are the 3rd step reference center, consist of specific surgeries in groups A and B.
