Facelift – Facelift
Stretching is performed by cutting the excess skin of the entire cheek and neck with an incision that starts in front of the ear and goes behind the ear. Sometimes, the cheek can be stretched by making an incision just in front of the ear without turning behind the ear. This method is called a mini facelift.
Neck Lift
The ends of the muscles that appear vertically in the lower part of the neck, giving the appearance of double lines, are stitched together to correct the deformity.
Forehead – Eyebrow – Eyelid
Forehead: Forehead lifting: With the incision made through the hair, both the wrinkles on the forehead are removed and the eyebrows remain.
Eyebrows: Eyebrow fiberingt: With shorter incisions, only the eyebrows can be left.
Eyelids: Bleferoplasty: Sagging skin of the eyelids is removed and fat bags are removed.
Prominent Ear
There is an enlargement of the auricle in itself and in the angles it has made with the skull. For this, 3-6 permanent stitches are placed by entering from the hollow area in the auricle, and the auricle is angled.
Nose Aesthetics
It is the most performed plastic surgery. In surgery, proper breathing is as important as the shape of the nose. With the open technique, the skin of the nose is completely removed and the tissues can be intervened completely by seeing. I prefer the more open technique. The tampon stays for 1-2 days. The plaster stays for 5-7 days. A bandage is put on for 5-7 days after the plaster cast.
Although the swelling of the nose due to surgery lasts for 1-2 months, it takes a year for it to fully settle.
Liposuction
It is the process of removing regional fat that cannot be lost with sports and diet with a vacuum device and special cannulas. It is never a weight loss method. It is recommended to perform a maximum of 8 liters of liposuction at a time. It is not used for cellulite. After the fat is removed, it takes at least 6 weeks for the remaining skin to shrink to its new volume. During this period, the patient should use a corset and never gain weight. The patient can return to work in a few days.
Tummy Tuck
It is preferred in patients whose abdominal muscles are relaxed due to pregnancy and the skin is saggy, and liposuction cannot be achieved. In this surgery, both excess skin and fat are removed and the abdominal muscles are tightened. A scar remains in the bikini area. The patient should wear a corset for 2 months and apply scar reducing treatment for 6-12 months.
Breast Reduction
It is applied to large breasts that cause lumbar, shoulder, back pain and rash under the breasts. There is also sagging in these breasts. In the surgery, both the breast tissue is removed and the drooping nipple is moved to the point where it should be. According to the patient, there is an inverted T or only a vertical scar. Scar reduction treatment should be applied for 6-12 months.
Breast Lift
Here, the breast is sagging rather than large. The nipple is lower than the point it should be. The nipple is taken to the point where it should be, leaving an inverted T or a vertical scar. If there is not enough tissue in the breast, silicone is attached to the breast with the lifting.
Breast Augmentation
Today, the most preferred method is silicone. Silicon is obtained from sea sand. It was accepted by the FDA in 2006 that it has no carcinogenic effect. A size is determined according to the patient’s chest diameter and desire. It can be placed under the nipple, under the breast or under the armpit. Depending on the situation, a submuscular or supramuscular plan is chosen.
Breast Size in Men
Males may have unilateral or bilateral breast enlargement. First of all, it is investigated whether the patient has an underlying hormonal disorder. If there is no reason, the breast is reduced to its normal size by removing the fat with liposuction or removing the breast tissue with the open technique.
Arm Lift
With a horizontal scar under the arm, the excess skin hanging from the arm is removed and the skins are stitched opposite each other. It can be performed alone or simultaneously with other surgeries of the patient such as tummy tuck and liposuction.
Thigh – VAGEN
VAGEN AESTHETICS: In vaginal aesthetics, both the narrowing of the inner diameter of the vagina and the deformed and sagging inner and outer lips are corrected.
